Slate dust - the moff

Another old idea of a character that I've never gotton round to really doing a final design of until now. This guys had no name asides from 'moff' which is technically his species name for the longest time. I was pondering 'dust'- then my sister suggested 'Slate' which I thought worked well. :3

This guy is a 'Moff'. A species which basicly descended from - you guessed it- moths. They are under the ruling off the 'Pappillon' species which are -and you guessed it again - descendants of butterflys. Slate is a Hardened bounty hunter, who's seen too many battles. So many that he's now lost his wings. That is a big shame on the species. it's like loosing your eyes, but with the same impact as loosing your soul. Slate relies on fake wings he creates himself.

Slate is not part of shadow's universe at the moment. He's going to be part of a septate story i wish to write one day. I want to do a series of tales based in fairy tale stories. But everything is backwards and darker. Think '10th kingdom' or 'American meggee's alice in wonderland' etc.

The gilr in the corner that he's got luvreing for? that's another old character who's going to be re-evaluated soon. ;3 :
